Freedom Festival 2003 is a new festival to be held from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 of November, at venues across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. The festival is being held to raise money for Amnesty International Australia’s activities to promote human rights. Artists confirmed so far include Annabelle Gaspar, B(if)tek, The Catholics, Dave Slade, David Bridie, Deepchild, Dubba Rukki, Elf, Folding for Air, Jackie Orzaczky, Ken Cloud, Lorna, Mach Pelican, Mike Dotch, Mako, Mars, Meem, Morganics, Preshrunk, Simon Caldwell, Sleeping Monk and Chemical Imbalance, Spacey Space, Specimens, Spod, Symbiotic and the Treetops.
