Wolf & Cub has taken out the music prize for the third annual Qantas Spirit of Youth Awards. For the prize the band received $5000 in cash, $5000 in Qantas flights as well as a mentorship with ARIA award winning engineer and producer Matt Lovell. December will see the band playing at festivals throughout the month, followed by a Japanese tour alongside Wolfmother in January. The band then heads to the UK to support the release of its album in the UK and Europe on seminal UK label 4AD.
